Jeffrey  Gamble Photography

New York based award winning artist and photographer extraordinaire, Jeffrey Gamble, was born on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. At a very tender age of 8, Gamble developed an interest in drawing and photography. He migrated to the United States in his early teens to pursue professional training and later attended Fashion Institute of Technology while simultaneously working as a freelance Photo / Production Assistant in New York. Thinking globally, Gamble focused his ideas and goals towards Europe, where in 1996, he interned at British Elle in London under Picture Editor Duane Ashurst and Creative Director Stuart Selnar, before venturing on his own in 1998.

 

His photography has taken him on assignments to countries and cities such as Poland, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Sweden, Turks & Caicos, Jamaica,  St.Lucia, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta and other cities throughout the USA. Today he is an accomplished photographer in his field admired by his peers and clients for his excellence in producing classically clean images with amazing visual impact. Although he prefers Film photography for some assignments / projects, working Digitally allows a quick response to lighting, texture and detail. His photographs are genuine replicas as he captures a lifestyle approach in every image. Retouching, which is one of his key assets, makes his clients love him even more.
